We make every effort to display our products and their details accurately. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Alder & Co. reserves the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been verified and you have received an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Alder & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Warranty

Each Beaumont timepiece is covered by our limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Alder & Co. name and marks, is the property of Alder & Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
